"Super convenient pickup location"
The pickup place was really close to me, which made the whole thing so much easier. I didn’t have to drive far or spend extra time figuring out where to go, and that saved me a lot of time overall. It might sound like a small thing, but when you’re trying to get something done quickly, having the pickup spot nearby makes a big difference.

"Pretty smooth rental, just a slightly smaller boot than expected"
I booked a compact car through centauro and, in my view, it was pretty much what I signed up for. The car wasn’t the exact model shown on the site, but I kind of expected that since rental examples are usually just a guide. It was still in the same category, so no real issue there. The only thing I noticed was that the boot felt a bit smaller than I had pictured from the example car, but for two people with bags it worked out fine. Overall, I’d say it was a decent experience and I’d give it 4 stars

"Pleasantly surprised by how clean it was"
I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the car. It was really clean inside and out, with no weird smells, fresh-looking seats, and even the boot was neat and tidy. It just made the whole rental feel a lot easier and more comfortable. I’d happily use Centauro Rent a Car again.

I managed to get my booking done in the end, so overall it was fine. It just felt a bit clunky and took me longer than I expected to figure everything out. Nothing terrible though. i was ready to throw my laptop out the window for a minute there, but it all worked out.

"Good experience, just a bit of a wait"
I used centauro.net recently for a car hire it was a good experience. The staff were really professional, and the guy at the desk explained the deposit and fuel policy clearly, which, actually, that made a big difference because those things can be confusing. Pickup was a little slow because there was a queue, but they handled it well. No stress, no pushy sales talk, just calm and polite with everyone, even though people were waiting. Returning the car was much quicker. They checked it over, said everything was fine, and that was it. Overall I’d definitely use them again, just not quite 5 stars because of the waiting time at pickup.

I thought everything was already settled, and then a charge popped up later, which really annoyed me. I wasn’t expecting it at all, so it just left a bad taste, like why didn’t I know about this upfront? Not super happy with the experience.

I booked with centauro mainly because the price was cheaper than a lot of the other options, and I was a bit nervous at first because I always worry there’ll be extra charges later. Thankfully, everything turned out fine. The car was clean and perfectly okay for our trip, even if it wasn’t brand new. Pick-up took a little longer than I’d hoped, but it wasn’t a big deal. The main thing for me was that there were no surprise fees after drop-off, which was really reassuring. I’d book with them again if the price stays reasonable.

The extras worked fine for me and I didn’t run into any problems, so overall I’m happy with them. Nothing super mind-blowing, but they did what they were supposed to do, which is all I really wanted. I was using them while half-watching a show in the background, so maybe I wasn’t being the pickiest person ever, but everything seemed smooth. Not perfect, but definitely good enough that I don’t regret getting them.

"Booking issue got sorted quickly"
I had a small problem with my booking on centauro and wasn’t sure if it had gone through properly. I contacted customer service expecting at least an apology and some help, and to be fair, they replied quickly. They explained what had happened and fixed it without making the whole thing complicated. In the end it was really easy to sort out. It’s nice dealing with someone who actually responds and helps, so 5 stars from me.

"Slow roadside help and an awkward wait"
I got a flat tyre and had to call Centauro roadside assistance, which was a bit embarrassing because I was just stuck there not knowing what to do. The person on the phone was polite enough, but after that I was left waiting nearly two hours with hardly any updates. It felt stressful and awkward standing around, not knowing when someone was actually going to show up. The car was fine in the end, but the support felt really slow and not very helpful. I’d definitely think twice before using them again.

I booked a compact car and they did have something ready, but it wasn’t the exact model I thought I was getting. They kind of made it sound like I’d get what I picked, but then it turned into one of those vague “or similar” situations. I had to wait a bit while they checked other options, which was a little annoying. In the end, the car was fine and the rental worked out, but I wish they were clearer upfront about what they can actually guarantee.
